All great especially the service !! Hotel should try to clean up view at the beach with all chairs and tents all cluttering beach and view on left hand side, but otherwise all very good, rooms could be painted and updated as well !

The hotel is in a very nice area of Acapulco. Very safe. Very pretty. The hotel is about 30 years old. They do an ok job at maintaining it…. It is starting to show its age. The employees do a pretty good job at serving the guests.

"Exceptional customer service "

Exceptionally clean, very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The mostly Spanish speaking Staff were courteous and respectful. Special thanks goes to Oyuky for her superior customer service. Her special attention during a communication and logistical issue were greatly appreciated!

Lo conocí hace 20 años y era un gran hotel. Las instalaciones son buenas aún pero necesita na refrescada en la decoración. No cafetera en la habitación. No sillas en el balcón. Pocos canales de TV Servicio de Desayuno extremadamente lento Carte de Vinos prácticamente inexistente. En general buena actitud el personal con algunas excepciones. Muy buen servicio y buena selección de bebidas en la piscina.

Excellent property right in front of the sea. The beach was fantastic with little to no crowding despite being in a very popular area. The food was a highlight, the restaurant is very good, highly recommended.

I’ve always stayed here since 2016 and it is really good, it keeps the ‘old Acapulco’ it is a very good experimente expect for the revolcadero beach nearby that has lots of people who can be pass onto our beach. Other than that it is really good and I would recommend it.
