Quinta Real Acapulco

Check in was terrible, front desk was very unpolite and rude, totally shocking thinking it’s a 5 start property. I will not recommend this Hotel due to staff, it’s a beautiful property but front desk was totally rude and make think twice about coming back.

This was our second stay at Quinta Real, and we consistently received great service. The hotel condition is good, we felt safe. The breakfast options are not incredible, but for the price, they were acceptable. We have Gold status, and asked about the upgrade, we were told there was no better room available, which seemed untrue: we could tell by the amount of people during bfast and at the pool. The late check-out (by 6pm) is a very nice perk for Sundays’ return (we didn’t use it, but it was nice to have the option).

Very secure and private. Loved having the beach practically to ourselves. Could use music by the poll area though

The location is great for a romantic weekend. The pool and cabana area is great to relax and unwind.

Ever since Camino Real purchased the Quinta Real hotels, they have been in a steady decline. Although the location is the absolute best, as are the views, the hotel is worse for wear. I’ve been staying at this hotel since 2001 when it was brand new and it saddens me to see it now. On a positive note, the beach is the best as are the views. Oyuki, the customer service manager is wonderful as is most of her staff. Service at the restaurants is slow, but always with a smile.

Exceeded expectations. Will be a return customer.

Location and service, the best hotel in Acapulco Diamante

Facility is a little old but location is very nice. It is maintained very well.

The property and pool and hotel were amazing. The beach was great and intresting (rock formations could be explored). The only downside was a pricy restaurant but the food was good

Great hotel stay. Was upgraded because of our silver status with Expedia. Large room with ocean view. Staff from the reception to the restaurant to the pool was wonderful and attentive. Security was great. Nice sandy and very clean beach.
