Quinta Real Acapulco

The hotel is nice, simple, clean, and in a beautiful location. While it could use some remodeling to bring it up to the 20's standard I cant complain much.

Amazing view but the rooms need remodeling of furniture (e.g., broken lamp, uncomfortable bed) and their staff needs better training.

Property is nice, a bit run-down over the years but pretty nice

Buen hotel, lo mejor es la privacidad de su playa ya que al estar bordeado por rocas prácticamente no hay más turistas que sólo los huéspedes del hotel.

Todo muy bien, los cuartos perfectos con una vistaal mar increible, solo que si los alimentos muy caros

Cuando calienta el sol acá en la playa podría ser el soundtrack de este hotel genial, con playa al final de la Bahía!

I'll make this review very simple and straight to the point. There is a wastewater outlet that dumps to the beach right next to the property. As a result, there is an awful smell all the time of sewage and the beach water is not safe to swim in. Huge Disappointment since everything else is perfect.

One, if not, of the best hotels in new Acapulco. Private beach, great services, breathtaking location, security and fabulous staff.

Excellent vip treatment. Very slow service in pool and restaurant

It was a pleasent experiene, great hotel, excellent service and good location. Mix between confort and safety.
