Very beautiful property

The hotel is a bit outdated, but great service and really clean.

Our stay in this hotel was very pleasant. Rooms are spacious and have great view. Service was great as the staff gave nightly curtesy cards. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Only improve is that the infrastructure in the bathrooms was a little older, would have been excellent if it was remodeled.

Excellent place for couples

The hotel claims to have wifi connection, but it really doesn’t...it was pitiful, and no interest from their side in fixing it, but rather full of excuses. The check out part was painful, and to my surprise full of charges I had not made. Had to wait for nearly an hour while 5-6 employees tried to sort out what was common sense, which was, simply charge me for the expenses I had SIGNED for, and not the ones they were trying to make up. Really awful. Won’t go back for sure...especially for the PRICE I paid...NOT good Expedia!

At the checking they charge me for late check out the full price . Twice as I got the price from Expedia. I ask for the manager and they ask for apologies. But stay sharp if don't they do what ever you extra charges.

Air condition in the room provide little cooling. Poor internet connection in the room although it is offered free. Had to go outside. Furnishing of the room does not qualify for a “five star” hotel. Free Breakfast included was standard american. Had to pay extra if buffet is selected.
