staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful

room was very small - even though we didn't choose the smallest. pool was so full we didn't use it, which was disappointing after a long day travelling.

"Tunnocks missing, gym excellent."

The new gym is excellent

They spent all the money on the gym and now you don’t get Tunnocks in your tea tray. This is almost a deal breaker for me.

Stunning setting, wonderful staff, lovely big comfy room.

The dinner was overpriced, especially the kids menu! But staff were great, and experience was lovely.

Lovey grounds. Nice building. Great parking.

Noisy room. Tv wouldn’t work. Broken controller. Door handle was loose. Just a bitt run down with small things needing repair.
