Location to an event at Thainstone exchange

Very dated & tired, first room was terrible I requested a move and second room was better. Clearly lack of investment by owners. Booked dinner in green lady Resturant for my birthday to be told it was shut and table in bar was dark & dingy, food average. Clearly not got enough staff to run restaurant which is very poor show given the price of 2 night stay and dinner was expensive. Staff were very nice as was breakfast next day which was in the restaurant.

Friendly staff, good location.

Captain Harrison room (406) was a good size, but the walls are painted brown making it appear very gloomy, our room the next night (112) much brighter. Lots of stairs and fire doors.

"A few tweaks to make a great stay"

Rooms were warm, comfortable and loved having a bath as well as a shower. Great Spa facilities, tasty food and staff were friendly and welcoming

The decor and furniture in the rooms was tired and where painting was done was messy which was especially disappointing in the newly renovated spa. The breakfast juice decanters need a clean as there was dark flecks and sediment. Housekeeping was hit and miss sometimes neglecting to top up items. An info pack in the room would've been great especially for letting guests know when the pool would be used by groups

Il letto supercomodo e la tranquillità. Non ne abbiamo usufruito ma la palestra è pari ad un fitness centre! C'è anche una piscinetta e l'idromassaggio.

Il personale di servizio, sia a colazione che a cena, forse troppo poco. Lunghi tempi di attesa. Carini e molto giovani, forse devono acquisire esperienza. Ci aspettavamo la tenuta in campagna, ma di fronte c'era un polo industrale-commerciale e la strada a scorrimento veloce. Ma il letto, il letto cancella tutto!!
