"Lovely setting but only an average experience, expected more from a 4 star rated hotel."

Friendly Staff, look of the property and location, price was also reasonable

Had to wait a long time to be served at the bar, food was average and a little overpriced had much better for similar money and less. Room was cold, hot water took far too long to come through meaning I couldn't have a hot shower as I would have been running behind.

"Comfortable stay but hotel needs a revamp !"

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Outside hot tub and sauna was a big bonus.

It’s tired & needs a refurb. The room was clean but the bathroom looked pretty run down. The lights were awful, one didnt work so trying to put make up on was a challenge. The leisure centre lockers are literally falling apart, doors hanging off.

"It was a special experience, we would stay again but just not beside the function hall."

Breakfast was good, lots of choice.

Staff were moving tables and chairs till 3 am in the morning in the function hall. this kept us awake till 3 am.
