"Unfortunately I doubt I’ll stay here again"

Location and hotel lovely. The ladies on reception -pm and am were friendly & helpful.

Unfortunately very slow dinner service, when food did arrive it was tasty. I joined my colleague at the his breakfast table, and although the waiter saw me come in and sit down , he didn’t bother to come over and offer me tea/coffee or breakfast service. He attended to new arrivals - i was ignored. My colleague tried to get his attention but to no avail (not a busy time in the breakfast area) so we left a- I took a banana & had my colleagues left over pot of tea. Drafty bathroom window which needs repairing- locking it causes a bigger gap than not locking the window.

"We were there for my Sister's Wedding. The Staff , all of them were Very Nice and Helpful."

The Staff were very Nice and made of stay very Enjoyable.For breakfast we only had coffee but my 5 year old niece enjoyed her breakfast.Plenty of grounds to walk the Dogs and they liked their welcome bag.

Great place to stay. Lovely grounds with plenty of carparking. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Lovely room with a comfy bed. Very much enjoyed our breakfast.

"Would definitely stay again, however possibly for only 1 night"

Location and property where exceptional, spa treatment prices where particularly steep, food was great. The bed however was extremely uncomfortable, mattress is at the end of its life, woke up sore both days.

My only criticism was the bed needs a new mattress.
