"Clean and comfortable stay"

Booked a twin and double for my family. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. The showers were great. Parking was easy. The bar staff were fantastic.

The 2 rooms we booked were so far away from each other. One upstairs, the other downstairs and far away down the corridor. Asking at reception when we arrived if they were close, the man said no and didn't really care. Coach tours seem to take priority.

Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable and lovely public seating areas. Extremely powerful shower. Food in restaurant delicious in the evening and great breakfast. Close to Ardrossan ferry to Arran.

Staff were lovely and very polite and helpful.

Don’t know if staff were busy on last day or short but we were waiting to be checked in for breakfast no staff about lady asked bar staff if we were just yo goon she said no someone would be along. Staff appeared from the kitchen area one in a suit jacket looked at us standing at entrance and went to tables to clear plates and left us standing.
