"Road trip"

Room clean and tidy, bathroom floor grout needed a good scrub. Room is stuck in the 80’s. Shower curtain clean but not suitable for today’s clientele. Shower head not the best . Breakfast: continental side good, cooked side not as good. Scrambled eggs don’t taste like eggs. 20 min wait for mugs to get a hot drink as they hadn’t got enough for the breakfast sitting . Overall disappointed.

"Disappointment at breakfast spoilt an average stay"

It was clean apart from the bathroom floor .

Having to wait 20 minutes for a cup to have a hot drink in and didn’t end up getting one . How does a hotel run out of cups ?

Downstairs was beautiful but rooms just basic

A member of staff was shocking and very rude I had to argue with him to let me into the hotel after travelling and being at a funeral all day
