The grounds are really pretty

The rooms are a bit dated and need some renovating. Shower kept going hot & cold.

Clean bathroom lovely view. Comfortable bed..

Has stairs only for upper level so be prepared to carry luggage

The room was fine, clean, bed was standard comfort.

My room was not ready until 3pm, check in was 2pm. The lady at the counter looked at me like I was an idiot when I appeared somewhat shocked that I had to wait an hour to get into my room because it was 'valentines day'. No late check out or anything was offered, not even an apology, just a glass of water and a chair to wait in. I did interact with one of the cleaners who was awesome and great and very apologetic about the late room, but that woman at check in, she was a special breed. Also, winery kind of implies that you'll be in rolling hills of vineyards, this is a TAB pub next to a highway.

Amazing staff, absolutely amazing... from cleaning to the bar / restaurant staff. Rooms clean. Location actad far from centre however good transport links and short drive from nearest beach.

Very helpful staff , with asking when they saw I was on crutches immediately transferred me to a ground floor room , also opened the barrier to allow car nearer to the room

A little tied decor but clean

We have been many times we enjoy the spa the food and the facility's.

All in all it was ok .

Very nice surroundings and dinner facilities great.
