Location and grounds of the hotel

Room was not well maintained air-conditioner did not work, located next to the laundry so the room stunk on arrival and in mornings. Pool area needs maintenance, rotting wood on doors and ceiling. Staff very loud whilst completing cleaning and gardening especially in the laundry area where we were located.Gardeninh staff blowing leaves before 9am and directly in path of room so dust went under door into room! Paid more for a spa room and the spa was smaller than a standard room!

I didn’t get an opportunity to check out most of the facilities but the pool was nice

Charming buildings, lovely lawned and leafy courtyard. Staff 100% polite, friendly, and helpful. Didn't use the pool, but it looked excellent. Location very quiet from traffic etc.

Tv wouldn't show tv channels, tried tuning but no avail

Nice garden to walk around and plenty of seating to sit and enjoy a coffee.

I did have exclusive use of the pool as no one else was there!

Complete misnomer as not a Winery or vineyard in sight and in the middle of a suburb. Only room offered through a dark tunnel because room’s hadn’t been cleaned. Booking.com shouldn’t recommend it as I was very disappointed.

Rooms were dark and needed freshening up. Bathroom shabby. Room didn't look like photos on website.

Couldnt fault amything everything was great
