The price, bed, kitchen in the room

We found a cockaroach in the bathroom and had to kill it. No utilities like soap for handwashing or for showering. Fake advertisement of breakfast. Finally, the keycards didnt work.

"Staff was great, rooms and interior need a lot of work."

Exterior looked good enough parking

Room had a bad odors interior hallway had a bad smell. Room was clean but needs to be kept up. There was a small roach in the lobby’s trash during check in. That change my whole perspective the entire stay.

"Unprofessional."

I got there at midnight and waited 10 minutes to be attended. Than they told me I was overbooked so I couldn’t get a room but I paid for it through booking. I also wasn’t able to get a refund.

They were rude and didn’t take me in after I paid for a room.
