The room needs to clean better and vacuum better. We saw bottle caps under table. Fridge has water either from defrost or just from cleaning but it was kinda a puddle inside. Better towels :3

The room was clean and looked as if it was recently renovated.

Very noisy. Walls were thin and we could hear people slamming doors. There was a kitchen however all cupboards were empty. If you want to use the kitchen you had to go to the front desk and ask for them. Also no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Again if you didn’t bring any you have to ask the front desk. I found that to be weird.

The breakfast was coffee, packets of oatmeal & bad muffins. Lots of homeless, they tried but it needs help. It was cheap and now I know why.

Over staff are excellent. Especially Cristina, give her kudos for great work I had a problem and she solved my situation thanks.And housekeeping give them kudos as well.

Stairways leading down to parking lot smell like dog urine. You can smell dog poop on the lawn surrounding the parking lot. This place needs to be updated, bathrooms, hall carpet are horrible. We had to go to the desk for shampoo, no cups in room and not even a small bottle of water.

I have been staying at the Extended stay in Huntington Beach for several weeks and the staff and hotel manager are always super helpful, friendly and nice! They always do their best to accomodate when I have requests, such as to be able to remain in the room when I extended my stay. They didn't need to help but they did and I really appreciated it! The location is conveniently located near beach areas and companies which is good for both visitors and business travelers. The area is safe and staff is always present to help/answer any questions and will often go above and beyond expectations. Thank you for making my stay easy and comfortable!
