The hotel smelled like urine and marijuana, and the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. My room key stopped working multiple times, forcing me to go downstairs repeatedly with no apology. I asked several times about a late checkout and was told by three different employees to keep coming back the next day. No one provided an answer, and I was ultimately denied a late checkout.

"Great place (ESA) and best Hotel to be at. The General manager (Ray) and Cristina go out their way to accommodate guests"

Best Hotel to be. The rooms are sparkling clean. Staff are excellent . Price is right Hot Coffee in a.m. comfortable Beds what can you more. Ray, (GM) handle each guest with special care too accommodate their needs. Housekeeping Kudos for cleaning and everything sparkle and shine. Cristina outstanding too making sure all request fullfil. Thank you ESA for allowing me to stay
