Lovely comfortable room

The staff were great, the rooms were ok but need upgrading. The noise was really bad, with the planes going in and out of the airport it felt like I was on the end of the runway. Its a shame because the staff and food were really good. Unfortunately we wont be staying there again.

Stayed 3 nights with one bar meal costing Just over £500 paid in cash. Room for the money was not up to standard. Staff nice and polite. Complained about room and about shower pipe hanging off the wall where a cpl came up looked at it n that was it as told us in broken english not got tools. Last morning wife wanted just mixed fruit salad for breakfast and was told there is a apple & orange out. Photo of window with curtains is how it was left for us to walk into and left the same. Won't visit again and none of their pub chains. Please be aware. Best of it all the room next to us had door left wide open as was empty and that was ok so no excuse. Not complained to company as it would of been swept under the carpet.

Decent little hotel in a great location

Ive stayed at this hotel approx 15 times in the last 2 years and its usually first class with great staff. This time, I was staying for a function so needed to iron my shirt and get showered. My review and low rating on this occassion was because there was no iron in the room and the water in the shower was freezing cold. I did mention this as I was dashing out and was offered to swap rooms but i said it was pointless at that point. The staff are great as always and tge breakfast is superb but safly the hotel failed me when I needed it most.

A lovely pub and great location. A little tricky to find car park, but the staff were very helpful and polite.

On entering the pub we were greeted with a smiley, friendly bar staff. As are afternoon went on we found the atmosphere to be very welcoming and relaxed. While watching a wide selection of sports over the afternoon on the many big screens around the bar we enjoyed several pints of larger and selection of well kept ales as well as some of the best pub grub we have the pleasure of eating anywhere. Not had the occasion to stay over in the hotel as of yet but later in the year I'm heading back to Knutsford so maybe then

Lovely hotel and very well located. Staff were friendly and efficient. The pub below had a great range, standard pub grub.

We had a fabulous time. The staff were lovely and manager very helpful and food good. Situated right in the town. The rooms had iron and ironing board, hairdryer, expresso machine and retro radio all lovely touches to the room. All round lovely place to stay thank you 😊

We enjoyed our stay as a couple for a single night in room 6 in the annex at the back. There is a car park round the back for guests. Good comfortable clean room with good facilities, friendly staff, very good breakfast. Right in the centre of Knutsford walking distance to train station and Tatton Park.
