"This hotel has some issues to say the least"

This hotel has some issues to say the least. We had to switch rooms 5 times after being given the wrong room then finding that there was no plug in the bathtub. (We had asked for a bathtub in the room on reservation and they said yes) We then had to keep switching us as they continued to relocate us to rooms with more issues when the room we had originally planned to stay in was unlivable. Very dated hotel for the price . Breakfast hours seem to change every day. There were stains everywhere in the room we ended up in. The AC didn’t work but oh well we couldn’t get a refund so we stayed.

It’s not quite what it was 3 years ago, but it’s still a great hotel, the rooms are great, wide variety of breakfast options, the area is beautiful, people are friendly, that includes staff and local residents, I’d highly recommend it, especially for solo travellers such as myself

I was not at Alpharetta property, it was reserved wrong.I reserved Roswell Property, got there and we figured it out, I had to pay a additional $220.00 dollars. To Stay there, it was close to my Training Facility. So I regret that it was a misunderstanding, Is there any way possible to retrieve the $119 .44$$$?? Thank you, Roswell prperty was perfect for me, the Staff was very helpful. Though I had to spend $220.00 for the room.
