SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Alpharetta

Day of checkout the elevator was not working. This was extremely difficult for me at 77 years old. I literally had to carry my luggage down from the 3rd floor. I should have been offered some assistance or maybe a $25 voucher toward a future stay or something. Up to that point my experience was positive, clean room, desk person polite, breakfast good.

While the hotel was very nice and clean, I was not told their WIFI was out until after I checked in. This is a BIG thing for me! The location is quiet. That was nice. However, the breakfast room decaf coffee was lukewarm at 8:00 am, and one of our key cards did not work. This is a big pain when your hands are full to look for the other card in your pockets.

Good price for what we needed

Front desk staff was nice but the room we stayed in was very musky. There was no room service to make our beds and provide clean towels.

Que el estacionamiento no tenia costo... sería el colmo!

1.- las camas muy incómodas 2.- las alfombras muy sucias. 3.- paredes sucias 4.- cortinas caídas 5.- no tiene servicio de maintenance a partir de las 8 pm... la luz del baño no funcionaba mi esposo llamo 3 veces a recepción y le.colgaban. Bajo en vano por que no lo repararon, eso sí al dia siguiente aa las 9 am ya estaban en la habitación reparando. 6.- la comida SIN opciones y la persona encargada de muy mal humor, lo poco que había lo quitaban antes que el horario de desayuno concluyeron. En definitiva MUY CARO!!! 150 dlls per day que definitivamente NO vale la pena en absoluto

The staff was friendly. The room was outdated. The bathroom needed a significant upgrade. Just a room.

I asked in 2 occasion for luggage carriers and they indicated that people kept them in the room. Entering the area of the hotel is was dark, no ilumination

This is a really great hotel in a nice area. The room was spacious—two queen beds plus a sofa pullout. And the price was extremely affordable.
