Extended Stay America Suites - Atlanta - Kennesaw Town Center

Needs updating..

I had a pleasant stay at this extended stay. Jasmyne at the front desk was very knowledgeable and provided me with great customer service. She made check in really easy. I had a pleasant stay and will be retuning soon.

I was visiting my son that is a student at Kennesaw State and this property was very close to the school. Shopping and great food close by

It was fine for the night but it was very questionable. We had old blood in our room and a very dirty bathroom. The A/C barely worked but it was fine for a one night stay

I like that the location was close to the stadium!

First of all, the room was not cleaned properly. There were old cards on top of the refrigerator from previous guests. In the bathroom, the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in weeks. My son couldn’t believe it, this was the first hotel we stayed in that wasn’t clean. The bed appeared clean, but the were so uncomfortable.

the Wi-Fi constantly disconnects

The quietness was good. It was located in a good place. The staff was pleasant to talk to. And he did take care of the business.

The floor was very slippery Didn't have a shower chair made it very difficult to walk even after I wipe the floor with towels i have a prosthetic leg and it was very difficult to get around in the room

Price was good

Kind of old needs updating

Furnitures, bathroom and refrigerator are all old. Refrigerator was also rusted. The aile of the second floor was dirty in general. They did not vacuum at all. There was a pile dirt by the elevator and it stayed for five days! It was still there when I was leaving. Despite good manners of the staff, it was not a pleasure to stay there.
