We have been traveling for business for 30 years. This ESA is the nicest property that we have stayed at for a long time. This will be a repeat stay!

The property was pet friend my only real issue was the noise the refrigerator kept making.

Extremely disappointed, no pool, no extra towels, no pot pans or utensils in the “fully equipped” kitchen. Carpet was pulling away from wall. No option for conjoined rooms as advertised. All were my main reasons for choosing this location and I’m extremely disappointed.

One word, filthy. The floor in the room had not been mopped. I used a room towel to mop the floor and it came up black from dirt. The cabinet in the room kitchen was full of food left over (and rotting) from the last guest. But maybe the worst was that the backdoor was propped open with stick so that anyone could access the hotel unnoticed without a room key! Terrible for security.

The room was not really clean. The outside of the refrigerator was very dirty. Hotel clerk not very helpful

The rooms were clean, soundproof, and there weren't any odors from the hallway. The staff was great!

The carpet in the hallways were some of the dirtiest that I've seen. Also, the hallways were noisy... which had me nervous. Since there are stoves in the room, the hallways smelled like a combination of pungent food and marijuana.

AC unit leaked onto the carpet which remained damp and musty.

Clyde was very helpful during my stay here. I would definitely stay again.
