It was not what I expected...I checked out after 40 mins expecting my refund back

Management was amazing! Despite the experience I had the first night everything else was perfect! The staff was very polite and friendly. Hotel needs updating.

Smiles and attention to guest

This looked like an okay place for my family to stay from the pics and description online. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star place, but it was very different upon arrival. There was not a single dish, pot, pan, cup, or silverware in the kitchen. Bullet hole in the elevator door. “Grab n go” breakfast consisted of 5 Nutrigrain bars sitting on a counter. No juice, no coffee, no other options for food. I didn’t feel safe with a family here. The front desk was very accommodating in letting me check out early though so I’ll give them that.

It seemed like long term housing for a lot of the guests. Not family oriented. It wasn’t very clean, there were stains on the carpet, broken flashing into the lobby, and wear and tear basically everywhere. Definitely needs updating. But, it was inexpensive and close to restaurants.

Dirty, dark, sketchy

Beds were ok. Came across two roaches - one that ran beneath the refrigerator and another in the bathroom. Was drying myself and it popped out of the towel. Coffee wasn’t ready in the morning.
