It wasn't clear to me when I booked the room, there was no room coffee pot or coffee in the lobby. The shower water spilled over on to the floor. The place is old and not updated. The staff was very personable.

All on all great stay.. Issues with tv service, which staff did their best to fix, but never did work correctly... Still on 90s type cable coax..so looses signal when too many guests on at same time

With the hotel being just OK, my rating was based on how the hotel smelled and the smaller sized beds for myself and Kids to fit. It did seem very old. However, I felt that it was pretty clean.

"Wonderful stay with great service"

My stay at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean, and the staff were exceptionally kind and always ready to help. I especially want to highlight Brittany – a wonderful and cheerful person who made me feel right at home. Thanks to the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. I would gladly return!

"Stay If You Enjoy Centipedes and Getting Locked Out of the Hotel, ETC."

To begin, I arrived at the property on May 3 for a stay until May 5. Upon arriving, I entered the filthy lobby and was privy to a rude reception. At the counter was a sickly, elderly gentleman that I assumed was dealing with a severe illness. His belongings were piled atop the hotel's rusted and frail luggage rack. I started my check in and was advised the elevator was unavailable/broken and that I'd have to use the steps, however, I could use the steps to reach the third floor. I had a lot of bags. Very inconvenient. The ill man was standing by the elevator, attempting to hit the number for his floor. He was told that the elevator was out of order. No one at the front desk offered to assist him with his things. Not one person. Very sad. He struggled immensely climbing the steps to the second floor. Upon arrival to my room, there was no toilet paper on the roll. Looking in the shower, it was uncleanly, there were multiple hairs, and I was only provided with 2 towels and a wash rag. I was in a rush and scheduled to be at an event in 45 minutes after my arrival to the hotel. When asking the front desk attendant the time it would take to get to Wells Fargo Stadium, I was met with ignorance and hostility. He told me it was a 45 minute to an hour drive. Please note, this is not what your website states. When returning to the hotel at approximately 3:30 a.m. The hotel keys were not working, the doors were locked, and the reception area window was completely closed by a retractable wall. I saw an employee enter the closed off area through a door while waiting and looking inside. We pounded on the door and yelled in to her. Crickets. She would not look and did not let us in. We could hear her talking loudly (on the phone) from inside the back room. I and a few guests called every number we had for the Extended Stay, yet no one answered the local or 800 lines. We stood outside in the freezing cold for over 25 minutes. A guest was finally coming out of the hotel and the door opened. The only reason we got inside was because I ran in before the door shut again and locked us out. When I entered, I knocked on the locked reception door and wall, wanting to speak with an employee. I was shivering and had the chills. We were told it would be a minute and asked what we wanted, but the door did not open. We explained we were locked out and wanted to go to our rooms. I also wanted to know why she didn't let us inside. I told her (Drea) that I saw her go into the back room while we pounded on the door. She aggresively denied our claims that she ignored us, and said she was only away from the office for 5 minutes. She (Drea) was shaking and disheveled. We concluded that she was on drugs. I received a new key and went to my room, dead-set on leaving the next morning, receiving a refund, and finding a different hotel. Straightaway, I fell asleep. When I woke up I started sneezing, had a fever, a runny nose, my throat and body were fatigued and sore, my throat was also pounding, and also swollen. I was soaked from night-sweats and still had the chills. I called Priceline and Affirm immediately and told them the situation. They attempted to contact the hotel multiple times, however, Drea said she could not confirm a refund and would not put them in touch with the supervisor. As I was lying on the bed, two centipedes sat next to my face. I jumped up and they scattered. I left as fast as I could after this happened. Furthermore, no one came to clean my room, there was not a blow dryer, there was no coffee maker, coffee, tea, and the kitchen WAS NOT stocked. Not even a fork. There were also a numerous amount of 'shady' guests. Don't let the photos fool you, this is not a nice area and the hotel is dirty. I don't leave bad reviews, but this was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. This stay should have been refunded, but management refused.
