Stayed the night due to snowstorm. Hotel was right next door to work location. If not for the convenience of location would have stayed at a different hotel. Older building. Some plumbing issues in room. Older appliances. Staff was helpful and nice. Room didn't have bathroom necessities. like shampoo and hair dryer. Bed was comfortable just a nice cheap hotel conveniently located .

Quality at a reasonable price with great staff customer service

Liked the fridge. Disliked lack of amenities, no shampoo or conditioner available. Lack of customer service, barely acknowledged when we went to check in.

It’s getting old & falling apart needs a major remodel!! Elevator makes speed grinding sounds when it gets to 3rd (top) floor and shocks you when you push the button to go down. Lot of sunken parts of the floors. No dishes very small room!!

Checked in and legit left after 20 minutes.didn’t even ask for money back or ask for my pet fee back. It’s that bad. Super dirty everywhere. Room was dirty, heater didn’t work. Didn’t feel safe. There is a note in the elevator on what to do if the elevator gets stuck. Like a full list of don’t panic and all the steps to takeof it gets stuck. by the sounds of the elevator I’m guessing it gets stuck a lot. Don’t stay here.

Location and the beds were actually comfortable.

Room smelled like smoke and worker claimed there were no other rooms to move to. Doesn't serve breakfast. Entryways have dog poop all over on the grass approchments. Doesn't have any shampoo or soaps.

It smelled awful, there's dogs barking all the time, kids playing soccer in the hallway, there was cockroaches in the room. Asked for a refund and they lady wouldn't talk to me. The stay was for 2 nights but we left after the 1st and they wouldn't refund us for the 2nd night.

I have no comments regarding the front desk staff I interacted with; the reception process was handled in a standard and professional manner.

This is the worst extended-stay hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the U.S.—hands down! The bathroom sink was completely clogged, forcing me to use the kitchen sink instead. It’s impossible for the housekeeping staff not to have noticed this issue. There were exposed wires along the walls and corners of the room. Worst of all, a bug crawled onto the bed, making the entire night uncomfortable.
