When entering to check in there were baskets of laundry in a table that remained there…it took 20 minutes for the front desk clerk to appear..the elevator phone was taped so the plate wouldn’t fall off…the room smelled..was dingy…and not clean..two of the lights had burnt out lightbulbs. This was horrible! I would not recommend this to anyone. I checked out two hours after checking in and found another place to stay. We chose this as a convenient location due to a medical emergency and it was by far the WORST choice.

i used to like going and staying but now they don’t offer pots and pans they offer nothing but as soon as you turn on the tv it says they supply everything

Breakfast not served. Front desk was not open at 830 when I needed service.

Update needed in the room. Broken bed. Mildew smell in bathroom. Front desk closed the next morning when I needed service. Didn’t see or smell any breakfast being served.

First mistake I made was booking on a 3rd party site-so we couldn’t leave after 1 night. The bedding seemed clean and beds were comfortable. Sorry that’s all the good I have to say. 1 bar of soap and 4 bath towels. That’s it for “amenities”. Also the website says continental breakfast. There’s none. TV did not work. The floor was filthy. Maybe swept. Definitely not mopped. I asked for a pet free room. Dog hair everywhere. We slept and left so I suppose we got what we paid for.

Kids everywhere. They have the front desk lady not only helping customers but also babysitting all of their kids! It's madness and unprofessional on so many levels.

Great property , quiet safe area , not too far from Wes Des Moines Downtown . Great , helpful and friendly staff . Hotel is clean also no complaints!!!

The refrigerator was warm and the place had a smell.

The hotel is older and you can tell. The room was clean and up to date. Had a 2 burner stove, microwave, and full refrigerator. Good hotel for someone that is going to be staying for a while on business and doesn't want to eat out all the time.

Usually extended stay hotels are reliable but this left me disappointed. The overall cleanliness was sub-par, the room I reserved was not available, there were no roll-away beds to accommodate my messed up reservation, and the kitchenette was barren. Due to the above, our choice was to fit 2 adults and a teen in a queen bed (I reserved a room with 2 beds) or for one of us to sleep on the floor. We also picked up food but required the kitchenette only to find the cabines and drawers completely empty.

Wasn’t very clean. Didn’t feel very safe. The counters were dirty and the door peep hole was open for both sides.
