I would like a refund. I got there at 6pm and none of the rooms were ready but I was in a hurry and needed to leave. They didn't give me a room key but took my bag and said someone would help me when I came back later. I was out late and when I returned the door was locked a d no one was at the front desk. I called several times and no one answered. No one told me that they would be closed at a certain time.

Quiet clean room with comfortable beds and nice showers

Terrible experience, dirty rooms and did not accommodate me at all. Would not give me a refund for rooms

Had no tv. Was not accomidated for it. The hotel had a bad smell. The shower did not work properly. The bathroom sink had black mold around it.

The staff at the front desk are very nice and friendly. The manager is very nice and understanding. The only problem is that there are 🐜 ants in the kitchen area.

Convenient location to work to stay during recent snow storm. Facilities set to accommodate long-term stays rather than overnight. Room was average hotel room. Bathroom had tub and shower but no hair dryer or shampoo which should have been stated in advertising.

Tv didn’t work. Paid for a queen sized bed, got a full. No help from staff.
