Nothing, you Booking.com screwed up and when I got there NoRoom. Thank you so much for messing up our weekend!

That i had no room to stay thanks to you guys!

Room was spacious and clean. Shower pressure was great. Nice desk chair for island/table/desk. Room needed at least 2 more chairs for island/table/desk.

First night an employee unlocked door to our room as he was expecting to use the room for his stay. He was upset that we had been given the room and told us we needed to move to a different room. We explained that we were leaving for dinner reservations and would not be able to deal with until we returned. We had a 15 day stay in between house moving, so we had moved a cart load of belongings in. By the time we returned in the evening, we were told by the front desk employee that we would not have to move to a different room. Thank goodness! Hallways were being renovated, so there was lots of noise and of course, construction dust and dirt around elevators. Renovation great improvement, though. However, no one warned us that the laundry service would be unavailable during our stay until we saw sign on the door. We had to walk outside to exchange our towels due to renovation. Room was supposed to be cleaned on day 14. Our stay was from April 30 to May 15, so I requested room be cleaned May 13 as we were expecting a guest. The front desk told me since I was checking out on the 15th, they wouldn't be cleaning room until check out, but I could get fresh sheets and change bed myself and use their cleaning supplies. Then on May 14, they knocked on the door to clean the room, which I already did on the 13th. The manager, Rachelle, then knocked on our door as she had to scan the QR code on our bathroom door. She told it was for a safety check, but I suspect it was to record the room had been cleaned on day 14. After telling the manager about our experiences, she offered to credit our stay for the last night, but it would have to go thru booking.com; she couldn't make the adjustment, which I thought odd. To date, no credit has been received. I appreciate having the extended stay accommodations at a reasonable price and I think with further future renovations, this is a decent place to stay. Too bad Manager failed to honor credit adjustment.

The entire place was under construction and being remodeled, and I work nights so have to sleep during the day. You could hear every noise throughout the whole motel! I complained and thought they should have refunded some of the money I spent on it, but they did not. I had to be there for several days, and got minimal sleep. If they are doing so much construction, they should not rent rooms out! Just close it and get things done, THEN rent rooms out.

Hotel under renovation. Paint smell and work out room closed. No hairdryer or phone in room Why weren't we informed renovations in progress.

I like the upgrades being done, nice new room with great amenities

No guest restroom available at check-in, no one available when I first went to check out. I had to use guest phone and then told they help with laundry service first thing in the morning

The room was good, the general staff was great.

I was double charged for the room and while the general/front line staff was great I was never able to get in touch with the GM to fix the double charge issue.

Very close to testing site and loved the location for restaurants.

Seats were a bit stained. Flag pole clanged all night. Management could change it because it had a lock on flag pole. Luckily my son couldn’t hear it. He was taking his boards.

Clean, accommodating staff was incredible
