Location.

The check-in process was terribly unorganized. The room wasn’t what I booked, but after the 30+ minute checkin, I wasn’t going to switch. Having zero hot water was also not great.

The guest staying above me was loud and disruptive all night from 10 pm til I left for work at 530 am. I called the desk 2 nights in a row in the middle of the night. The guy said he spoke to the guest each time. The 3rd night I gave up. I have 1 more night til I leave. The facility itself is very comfortable and the staff is very kind. I stay here frequently for work and haven't had an experience like this until now.

The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The hallways could definitely use some work, but once you get in the room, it’s nice.

If you are there for an extended stay. They only clean your room every other week. You can ask for fresh towels and other necessities. The halls always seem like they need to be cleaned.

Good location

We stayed for over a week. Housekeeping came by twice to asked if we wanted the room to be cleaned. Both times we told them yes; however, they never returned to clean the room.
