Extended Stay America Suites - Indianapolis - Airport

The location always ran out of the breakfast to go items. There was 4 days in a row where there was no breakfast available due to them running out and they said the truck had not came either. Also, there were a couple of times where no one was at the front desk and customers were standing in the lobby, needing help. This would’ve been closer to late evening hours. The other issue was roaches in the rooms. I personally killed 3 roaches in my room and checked out early due to that issue. The beds need better mattresses because the springs are broken in the beds.

Lobby and hall smelled like burning meth. Door to room stuck had to shove it open. Shower leaked more water on the ceiling than on me. Almost fell off toilet because seat was broken. Went to move table over, leg fell off smelled like smoke so bad irritated my asthma had to use my albuterol for the first time this year. Back door to parking lot broke someone living in their car in parking lot

Location

Room wasn't ready or available when I got there. The room smelled like smoke. It was wet like water leaking on section of the floor. One of the windows was shattered glass and taped. Not really any clean towels.

They had no rooms even though I had a reservation. Staff seemed unconcerned and did not offer alternatives. Had to go to another nearby hotel which cost twice as much.
