Didn’t get any housekeeping service my entire 3 day stay only when I needed tissue

It severs perfectly for what we were there for. I knew that I wouldn’t be in our room very much just needed a place to sleep and shower and was fairly decent, and so therefore it was perfect. I would stay again if used for this purpose again. Front desk was very helpful. And great location to plenty of things to do and food.

Arrived at property, took 3 attempts to receive a clean room, desk clerk was rude. Got to room, toilet wouldn’t flush completely. Got up to take a shower the next morning to NO hot water! Worst motel experience EVER!

Room was clean. Facility too. 3 mornings out of our 6 day stay they were out of coffee at 8:am. Also no breakfast bars or muffins. Breakfast was advertised til 9:30. Staff were very friendly. No quarters available for laundry on sunday afternoon. We would visit here again because of location and staff. Some maintenance needed

There was dog hair on the hallway floor when we arrived and it was still there on Monday when we checked out. I mentioned it to the desk attendant and she asked me if I was aware that they allowed pets. I replied yes but that is no reason for nasty hallway. Not to mention the musty smell of the room

Location was good 20mins outside the city… Hotel could have been cleaner.

One of the worst hotels I’ve been to. We didn’t even stay. There was mold and stains on the carpet. We found cockroaches. The other rooms had stains on chairs. Overall very dirty and rundown.

I am a DJ, the elevators were broke, I was staying on the 4th floor. Each Night I had to haul equipment up and down 4 flights of stairs. I do this at least 4 times a year and have always stayed with this hotel but this experience was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I feel a total reimbursement is in order. First of all I want to say the front desk people at check in and check out were kind. As an extended stay hotel, I expected the room to have more things like plates, cups, utensils, cooking tools etc. in the cabinets. Even for 1 night, I was hoping for those items to eat in. I don't think I should have to ask but part of the experience of an "extended stay" hotel. While the flooring, towels, bed, shower and toilet felt fresh, stains on the counters/shelves, dirt underneath the liner of the trash can made me feel I would not want to stay here again. I also don't like being on the ground floor as a single traveler. As I was about to go to bed, the full size apartment refrigerator started making a loud noise. I decided to sleep through it instead of having someone in my room or having to move. I did have dinner leftovers in the fridge that I was able to microwave before my early morning departure.
