No hot water, very loud party outside my window all night

My stay was a excellent,peaceful,humble extravaganza…

The price of this low budget hotel is Awful!!!! And going thru 3rd party really makes hotel over budget!!!!!!The so breakfast look like I was at a race trac picking up a snack on the go! Hotel good location horrible hotel!!

Fell bad smell

Marlon and Brandon at the front desk were my favorite part of my stay. The facility was fine considering what I paid but those two young men were exceedingly kind and helpful to me.

Malfunctioning Side entrance. Sticky carpet(chewed gum), Brocken shower curtain retainer.

The floors were filthy, the bathroom floor was full of hair. You could not get the towels you needed, entry way was filthy, leaves bluing and not cleaned. Night staff was rude, carpet in hallways needed vacuuming very badly. We didn’t finish our stay there, it was to nasty and fit.

I had to pay $100 deposit after I already paid the reservation before I arrived. I wasn’t expecting this. The breakfast is false advertising. It’s a rack in a very small lobby with 3 types of coffee, a few muffins & breakfast bars. Will not be staying here again.

It was a good stay

So we get to the hotel & the gentlemen was friendly. So then we get to the room they have no ice machines on the property. They have ice trays in the freezer. Horrible Then i was looking for a coffee pot & they have none in the rooms. The only time for coffee is in the morning. So then we went to use the microwave to make popcorn & it was filthy. So i finally seen someone at the front desk told them about it. They went & cleaned it & i noticed the floor had crumbs on it. That happened after they cleaned the microwave. The bed (mattress) needs changing out. They didn't even have a blow dryer in the bathroom. The hallways needed vacuuming really bad. The bathtub had an acorn on the drain. Was not satisfied at all. Its a shame the money they charge you & things like this happen. I have a service dog & they charge me a fee & you get it back after you leave.
