Horrible roaches bugs spiders smell like dogs etc

Smelled like cigarette smoke.

It was an ok stay. Room needs some touching up. Paint on the wall behind the bed and the ironing board bracket was broken.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Filthy facility, worn out. Homeless people in the foyer at midnight. No breakfast (her truck still had not delivered by 8:45 a.m.) When we arrived to get the key (already checked in) they insisted upon a $100 deposit for one night's stay in a $80 room, not listed on the site. I gave it to them and the next morning, since the hotel was in such bad shape, I asked for her to check the room upon departure. She said she had already refunded the deposit. She did not.

Great customer service. The hotel was clean and in order. The only problem I had was comfort, while trying to sleep. The pillows were to soft for me,due to a neck injury. All three put together didn't help. But overall I give an A-

This place smells and old.

Once checked in, entered the room which was fine, unable to turn tv on. Went down to lobby to ask regarding how to turn on etc. was advised to wait 4 hours for the maintenance tech to be there, for a tv???? Then asked to switch room, was told unable to do so. Darkeisha, front desk associate was patient as she was not trained thoroughly to be left at the front desk overnight. She had to call her manager and customer service several times to issue a refund since I chose not to stay in the hotel since the amenities that were offered was broken and they had no other solution to help. The entire refund process was a disaster!! It shouldn’t be that hard. Will NEVER book here again or recommend to anyone!!

No lounge area, place was filthy
