Much needs to be done with this particular property. It is being used in an unhealthy way... Extended stay people are doing things unbecoming to say the least. Someone needs to reassess and clean this establishment up.

We stayed for a week. It was fine overll. There was one staff member that never had the towels ready in the evenings when I returned. The carpet in the halls should be vacuumed daily. The other staff like Broony and another young lady in the morning always had linen ready. Over all, customer servce wa great.

"Guest Beware of Infestation of Cockroaches"

When we arrived, the lady at the front desk was very nice, however when we got to our room we only had 10 minutes before we had to leave for a concert at the FedEx Field. We noticed a small bug, but I killed it and we left. When we got back to tje hotel later night we noticed that there were cockroaches all over the room. We had to immediately check out. The Night Audit guy was very nice and came to also visualize the (3) we had recently killed to show the Manager and take pictures of. Apparently, this is not their first "incident" in the particular room we were in. Never again! I will be lucky if we did not bring any home with us in our luggage, it was that bad! We will inspect and clean our luggage today before bringing them inside our home. Absolutely disgusting!
