Close to the hospital. Construction was a problem, but everyone can get to the hospital safely & easily from the hotel. Shuttle to the hospitals was very convenient. Good choice of breakfast items. Kitchen lady from Mexico was very welcoming even when we were late while the man at the desk was telling us it was closed at 9 am. Parking was easy. Getting to go to restaurants or downtown was easy too. Common area where people can sit and chat or have breakfast was nice and clean. Seating outside by the pool area was not so large but good. Manager at the front desk Neeru helped some patients on wheelchairs to their rooms by herself that was highly appreciated.

Our room was over all nice. It was roomy - spacious, fridge, desk, couch, etc. The toilet and shower were in a room seperate from the sink which was very nice as my dad and i were there for medical appts together. It was definitely a cheap feeling place. The couch wasn't comfortable, the pillow on the couch was filthy and stained. The flooring in the bathroom and sink area were coming up and loose if you walked with wet feet they would stick so i kept socks on. Guessing they installed non water proof flooring as the flooring looked relativity new. I dont know if this is all rooms or just the room we had. The bed was pretty comfy but the pillows were horrible. I will probably not stay here again for the next surgery but the access to St. Marys clinic for the price was amazing as I could walk back and forth in minutes. The breakfast and lobby area were good and clean!

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean and welcoming. Difficulties getting into park vehicle was the only problem.

This was very convenient for my husband and daughter while I had surgery at St Mary’s. The room was comfortable although the bathroom would be better at the entrance of the room and not right by the beds. The trundle bed was a nice addition especially after my surgery when I needed my own bed. The breakfast was adequate although the lobby was very hot for some reason. Staff was friendly and the price was right!

The location was great, close to restaurants and not far from the highway.

Bed was comfy, onsite free parking was awesome, room very clean and updated, staff friendly and delicious continental breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

Location was why we chose to stay. Real estate in this town for hotels is cramped. They managed to get this hotel and its parking lot in there. We appreciated that. Its a bit noisy, we listened to helicopters and ambulances all day and night. Downside was the moldy soap around the fixtures in the bathroom underneath all the fixtures for the bathtub/shower. The toilet seat was on crooked. The air conditioner is noisy, on and off all day and night. I didn't sleep well at all and forgot my ear plugs. The beds were very comfortable. The decor is cute as ever. So it was a mixed experience. We checked in at 4 and there was an empty glass in the lobby on a table, and an empty coffee cup on the registration desk. Both were still there at 10 PM. There were no towels available in the pool and hot tub area.

The property was close to my appointments and offered a free shuttle. However, the tub was dirty and the bathroom ceiling had quite a bit of mold.
