Person at the reception made our day; he was friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

The hotel is at the rating level it has on Booking; met the expectations

Location. Next to various food options and close to my final destination.

Property was definitely under construction. Pet fee not stated at booking or anywhere on website. Most comparable hotels charge between $30-$50 flat fee. This place was $25 per night per pet. An extra $100 I wasn’t planning on. Bathroom door opened outwards and against the kitchen island. Carpeting in hallways and room was stained. I will say hotel staff was cheerful, polite and helpful.

Desk clerk caused us to cancel two nights stay on May 16 and 17!! Never been treated so rudely after hundreds of hotels. She must have forgotten WE were pay the hotel for a service, not the other way around. We cancelled and walked out.

Friendly staff

Rooms not cleaned at all, bugs, electronics not work, paint falling off the walls and shower, stove looks like it can burn the place down.

Friendly staff. Very clean room.

Bed was very firm and uncomfortable. No muffins or energy bars as website indicated. No milk for the oatmeal. Fruit did look fresh however!

Someone at front desk every time we passed

Smell of marijuana very clearly coming from the front desk, Room smelled musty, lamp was not working and had an outdated jeri-rigged old bulb in it. Could not close the windows all the way. When leaving the motel a woman threatened to take my purse.

Stores are close by and a ton of stores.

The Staff didn't honor a price lock that was approved by the manager. I had been staying there for months new to the area looking for. Place. Moved from out of state. The manager wasn't in and they treated me horribly and wouldn't honor the original agreement I had made with the manager. I was and am very upset.
