I did not like anything about this hotel. The location was ok. It was old and it is hard to get any worker on the phone or at the front desk.

I was charged twice for the room on my credit card. When I called to get it refunded, Booking.com customer service couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at the hotel. When I arrived to check in after 4:00 pm, there was a man already waiting at the desk to check in and there was not an employee in sight. After about 5 minutes, another guest showed up to check in, and then another. All four of us continued to wait for about ten minutes until an employee finally showed up. It listed online complimentary breakfast, however, it is just snacks on the front counter in the morning. The hotel seems very old and dated and the room seemed more like a college dorm than a hotel room.

The offered breakfast and coffee tasted nasty/expired pastry. The hardwood flooring was so dirty that I had to go to Walmart to buy my own mop to mop the floor. The room itself was dirty, shower curtains had stains all over. There’s definitely mold forming in the bathroom ceiling, whoever had stayed prior to us swept trash under the mattress bed frame, our stove didn’t turn on, the windows on panel was broken and couldn’t open that window. The room had a kitchen but the tools to cook didn’t work at all. Why should I pay full price. The hallways and exit doors smelled of pee. We didn’t have a remote control for the TV. Our badges would stop working we had continued to ask the front desk to fix it. They did provided us another room to move onto but the new room was just beyond dirtier than the current room. There is a cleaning charge of $150 that was not disclosed to us until we dropped the cards to them. Throughout our stay we had other guests come up to us asking for money . The guests at this property were probably more local and not travelers. Still waiting to hear from them about reimbursing and returning my security deposit. They provided me a dirty room and they should be happy that I mopped the floors every night I stayed there. There is 1 house keeper that comes once a week.

Tried to check in and staff said it was no rooms available. Someone came in right after and checked in with no problem. Room had a weird smell to it and towels was dirty. Didn’t feel clean during my stay. Countertop in bathroom had stains and toilet wasn’t clean.
