Extended Stay America Suites - Minneapolis - Woodbury

Hotels.com was a horrible & miserable experience. Took our money.. gave us a confirmation number.. arrived at 2am and no rooms available. Then we had to spend 40 minutes on the phone trying to receive a refund which they said 8-10 business days but never received a confirmation email of their refund process.. we were left to figure out a new hotel on our own while they still had $194 of our money tied up. Still haven't received our refund yet.. fk you Hotels.com!

Our stay June26,27,28,2025 for 2 rooms,333+334,I paid for back in March on my charge.When we arrived the desk clerk asked us to pay again.They mentioned not being paid by a ,"virtual card",that I never heard of.We paid over 760.00 We couldn't run water in the kitchen sink cause it went on the floor+ a bucket didn't help.cloth shower curtain sent some water outside the tub which showed previous mildew issues.My cousin stayed in the 2nd room,he had stopped up bathroom drains. No breakfast except for a granola bar! No hot water for instant oatmeal or tea. No coffee pot,the clerk said its been broken for a week,I noticed walking distance outside was a Walmart!.I have both knees replaced + found it difficultraising my knees over 20 "to get in + out of the tub.They had 4 rails for holdind but tub is too deep. Burn holes in rug + burns on bath room sink,+ our family will never stay at extended say again.We are asking for our money back! Sorry for the truth, Mr Mrs Vic Blusnavage

Not well taken care of

The bed was a little to soft

It was terrible. First I was sent to another hotel. Another Extended Stay. It was dirty. No conviences in the room like a coffee pot etc. It said to request them from the front desk. Everytime we went to the desk...NO ONE was around. Will not stay there again

Worst hotel nights ever. Extremely uncomfortable beds. No blankets only sleep under 2 sheets, DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY place to stay. I walked across the floor with bare feet and got into the shower and my foot prints were from muddy feet. The bathroom mirror was broken. Did not seem like they mopped the floor in at least 6 months. I had to wait for 25 minutes at the front desk before anyone would show up to help. And this was on Saturday at 10:00 AM. It is not a well run business and the people they hire are not very conscientious. The manager should be fired.
