I am picky when it comes to hotels. I was impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of everyone and the facility. The check in was super easy. The staff were great. The room was clean!

Everything regards customer service attendent wanting for me to make another payment even though the booking was done correctly online and the room was available and according to their computer they saw my booking on their end but somehow they really wanted for me to pay again. Then i had to make 3 different phone calls to booking customer service since the ai robot is trash, and that was the only way to get a refund. Keep in mind i traveled 1.5 hours to reach the hotel and then got the service denied and had to start looking for a random room available at 7pm. Stop giving people more issues.

The lock on the door did not function properly and would not lock at all. The bathroom door had some cracks going up the side by the handle as if it had been broken.
