The beds could be a little softer

I liked the price and not far from different attractions and shopping. Only problems we had for our stay is that the when we arrived, my two rooms were down the hall from each other, which I called and requested rooms closer. One of my party was in a w/c and needed help close by. The room that she was in, the door catch was broken and beeping on and off throughout the night. The staff was notified and got us moved the next day after some guest checked out. We really appreciated that, and the room change was closer to the other room.

Nothing good in this place Smells really bad I would recommend this place I think is the worse place ever I stayed

It’s not in the best part of town, but for the price, the rooms are very nice! Nice big tv, modern appliances.

Room is clean, but services are not so good.

everything in the room was clean but the shower. as soon as you walk in you could smell the freshness and cleanliness of the room. the fridge was huge along with the dishwasher.

they didn’t want to honor the price i paid through booking.com they wanted to charge me whatever they charge at the property. i had to call customer service to get it resolved and customer service couldn’t reach the property because they wouldn’t answer the phone.(not to mention i guess calling customer service is an international call and cost me $84 to get this straightened out). so i just finally paid the difference because it wasn’t going to get resolved.

Stayed one night. The rooms are nicely updated and our room was clean. This is an extended stay hotel so there was a lot of construction workers and lots of construction vehicles. The lobby was nothing to write home about and I would not likely going jogging in this area. It served our purposes and the price was right.
