The smell in this hotel was overwhelmingly bad — strong, unpleasant, and it clung to everything, even after leaving. The room and common areas felt dirty and unkept, which made the entire stay uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the lower price

The photos on hotels.com oversell the hotel. It is in very poor condition with broken outlets, thermostats, burns and stains on the carpet, upholstery, and bedding. There was hair on the bed from a previous patron. The room was musty, and the hotel was running fans throughout the building instead of central air. We were missing needed toiletries. Shelving and other areas of the room were either broken or badly damaged. We found a fly strip/fly paper behind a mirror and noticed windows throughout the buildings vacant rooms were left open causing flies and other insects access. Needless to say, we did not stay the night and left shortly after arriving. Look elsewhere if you’re staying in the area.

It was okay. Needs updated. Or even better needs to just be cleaner.

I walked in and walked right out, I went into the room and install water damage and painted over mold. I do not recommend staying.

The room was terrible! Lots of stuff was broken. The dresser had broken drawers, the smoke alarm was in pieces, the paneling on the wall behind the bed was broken, there was a pretty scary handprint on the curtains that I didn't see till the morning. The shampoo and conditioner samples were already used and nearly empty.

We were unable to use the aminities because the gym was flooded. The room had stains on the linens and walls and the stench was horrible. The air conditioner did not work correctly. The police were here 4 different times during our stay and we actually postponed checking in when we got to town because of all the police at the entrance. Check the google reviews. There is a reason its only a 3 star place. I wish we would have.

I didn't even stay the night, it was so dirty and there were bed bugs. I literally walked in and walked out. Then they wouldn't even offer me a refund, apparently they need it more than me, hopefully to pay for new mattresses. WARNING DON'T GO, HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!!!!!

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! My family had 3 rooms, they all stink, the rooms had mold the tubs had rust and mold, the sink was leaking in my room carpet was disgusting, shower didn’t get hot, landscaping was not maintained, walls were dirty inside the rooms as well as in the halls, the staff astonishingly rude, no customer service at all, they have roaches, my mom saw a roach in her room, my children and I were horrified to shower or sleep in there, I wore my shoes to shower, I didn’t take my shoes off at all, didn’t want my feel to touch the nasty carpet, which probably is the cause of the smells, I saw other people complaining about the smells in their rooms, and the staff only fix to the smell was”I can spray your room if you want” which they gave us some type of fogger to spray our room for the stink.. this place is not just disgusting it needs to be condemned!!! Needs to be closed down until things are maintenanced and brought up to code!!! Close them down!! Do not stay there!!! And even after I expressed my room issues and concerns, their answer was not to try to accommodate us, it was leave then.. that’s what I got from the staff.. which trust if I had another option I would have gladly left that hole in the wall roach morel

Everything had stains. The couch, the floor, the linens. The elevator was stained and smelled terrible. The pool area was grimy. The bathroom had mold in the picture on the wall and in the grout, in every corner

The box spring that holds mattress had huge black stain and no body towels were in room 309.Staff was nice.
