Extended Stay America Suites - Columbus - Dublin

The stay wasn't too bad. I was greeted by 2 different workers with great customer service and very helpful. I was happy the coffee and muffins was out a little before 6am, since I had to get up at 5am. The hotel was clean. Since my stay was only for 2 nights, they do not come and clean up or replenish towels unless you ask, but i the room had more than enough for 3 days. The area is nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again

Very disappointed. I’ve been coming to this hotel every February for years and over the past two years it’s gone downhill. This most likely will be my last. The lady checking us in was inappropriate. She went into a political rant blaming the president for the recent airplane crashes which my wife and I found extremely unprofessional. The room was lackluster. Toilet tank wouldn’t hold water so we had to manually work the mechanism to get the toilet to flush. The electric socket in the bathroom also did not work. When my wife was checking out she was going to inform staff of the room issues but the staff was too busy talking on her cellphone. My wife just left the keycards and left in disgust. I expected better.

Amazing property. Kitchens in every room, but the price for the rooms are so great. The staff was also really friendly and helpful, will definitely stay here again

Everything was nice my stay was short but my refrigerator didn’t work and i needed it for medications it was cold outside so I could have left in vehicle overnight the breakfast was plenty but there was nothing cold to drink like juice water or milk the staffss was extremely nice and accommodating and personable

I loved this place. Kitchens in every room but the rooms are amazingly priced. The staff was great, really helpful and friendly. Truly a great experience
