Love the Extended stay in Dublin Ohio. ALL the staff are wonderful. We have stayed at a few Extended Stays since we started our adventure in November. Shout out to Shariese for all her excellent work as well as the rest of the staff. The laundry room is top notch!

Location and ability to check in slightly early then check in hour.

Room space was gracious but cleanliness was a disappointment. Also, the outside property was untidy, unkept and prices were inflated. My first stay to the property was excellent but this stay was quite disappointing.

the morning grab and go snacks

there was a man out front smoking and drinking hours of the day. bed was broken it wobbled. the computer chair was terrible.

Breakfast was nothing more than muffins out of a prepackaged box, 2 flavors and stale. Packets of oatmeal. Tea bags, Cocoa mix, coffee We had strains All over our old carpet. One of the stains looked like it was left from a homicide (hoping it was from a spilled bottle of wine). The cupboard doors were falling apart, was afraid to open them. All of the furniture was pretty beaten up. Even our entry door to our room was damaged as if someone had broken into it. Both nights we had people outside of our door talking on the phone keeping us awake. Whenever we went to the desk there was no one around. The side door entrance was propped open each night. Wanted a different room, but none were available. This hotel apparently is mostly for individuals/families that are either construction workers, transitioning or relocating . Not for people's just visiting for a weekend . No ice machine, no lobby to sit, no hairdryer, lack of amenities
