There was availability

I stayed at Executive Residency by Best Western Philadelphia-Willow Grove on 6/19/2025. I made a complaint about the roaches in my room. I was not offered another room because I was only staying 1 night. I was told that I'll be reimbursed for my night stay. To date I have not received a refund. This is my sixth attempt to contact to request my refund as promised. I will like for someone to call me to discuss this. Thanks

"Worse hotel stay"

I was there during a heat wave with a broken air conditioner. I kept getting told soneone will be there to look at it and no one cane. When i checked put i asked for a credit do to be8ng so unconfortable during a heatwave. I was told a manger would call and never did
