Ordered a room with handicap accessible shower there was no seat in the shower so my wife was not able to use the shower. when I informed the staff at the front desk they simply told me there was none available.

Nothing. There was never anyone at the desk. The people that “lived” there were trashy. The guy above me was up ALL night making noise. It was horrible!!!!

The first floor smelled like urine. My floor smelled of pot. The side door was always propped open, so poor security. Only half the channels on the TV worked (something wrong with the service). People would smoke right next to the entrance door and side door, so the smoke would waft back into the hotel. Room was relatively clean, but honestly didn't look too much into it. Cops showed up twice to the hotel, not sure why. I will never stay there again.
