I don’t know where to start nothing. This supposed to be a chain hotel but looked like a homeless shelter

Once we arrive there were two people that walked in the hotel with a sigaret. When we checked in the room it seems like it’s been smoked in. This supposed to be no smoking hotel. I arrived with a daughter that the room was not in livable condition

I liked the fact that I could leave and not return with staff never wondering why

There was blood splatter or some red bodily fluid on bedroom wall, semen on couch and book shelves, fluid food debris all over counters, cigarette burns on multiple carpeted areas when your not allowed to smoke anywhere on premises, caked oven hood vent that will cause fires and is a health risk, ac unit that is not only non operational but also not even in one piece or safety connected to mount , food debris all over floor but we just arrivedand the pictures published don't even match the nightmare you will encounter.
