My room was clean and adequate. Construction was on going it will be better was completed

Room smelled like smoke-

Location. Nothing more.

The room was wet, moldy, and smelled. I have tried contacting the hotel even immediately after the transaction the wrong card number (my personal when it should have been my business card) was used. It should not have even went through because the billing address was not correct. Several weeks of trying to get assistance and it was nothing but rudeness. I understand policies and how hard customer service can be. I was very professional and nice! They refused to help and told me I would not receive a refund even if I booked another room. After working all day then driving 7 hours, for my safety, I tried calling Sonesta to see if I was able to check in on Saturday instead of Friday but was on hold for so long, I booked a room just north of Nashville because I was exhausted... After being on hold for over an hour, hanging up and calling back 30 minutes later (Figured they were just overly busy). I called back to let Sonesta know that I would not be there Friday night but would arrive Saturday. No over the phone check in I had to drive another hour to check in to keep my reservation. So not only did I lose gas, but I also just lost another $300 for a room I just booked. I approach the room hoping I could just sleep. WRONG! The room was wet, smelled like mold, and sure enough the bedding was wet. Mold along the wall by the a/c unit. Wet spots with mold on the ceiling. I ended up sleeping in my vehicle and out hundreds of dollars out of my own pocket. And now sick because I'm highly allergic to mold. I will not be visiting back.

we had a nice and good experience being in this hotel and will be there again if we will be in that area.

Like: restaurants nearby , friendly staff, large studio room, clean rooms bathroom with good water pressure. Property has a fitness and snack center but I did not use either. Dislike: property is dated and shows sign of wear on carpet , cabinets, doord and the like. Room had a wet smell initially , but disappeared after running the a/c. For the price and location, I would stay again.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room, however, had a strange smell and the doors and walls and grime build up.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Quiet hotel. Area felt safe and walkable. Close to conveniences
