Estaba renovado y las habitaciones se veían bastante nuevas

The employee who checked us in and helped us deal with our problems was great and super helpful. He was pleasant as we kept having problem after problem. He was not the problem. I would say hotel management is lacking.

Our first room was not ready for us -- it had not been cleaned. The TV in our second room did not work. The TV remote in our THIRD room did not have working batteries. One of the outlets for charging things in the second room came right out of the wall when we unplugged something. There were bare wires (capped, but bare) above the bathroom door in our third room. The tile was broken in our second or third room.

Friendly staff

My room was not very clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor. The trundle bed does not have a barrier between the couch cushions and the bed itself. When I pulled the bed out, there were crumbs and dirt all over the sheet.

Nothing I was so upset with the stay

The way the staff handled my situation it could been handled better.
