SpringHill Suites by Marriott Houston Brookhollow

There was no indication when booking online that the property was under construction. When we arrived there were dumpsters in front of the property and the building looked like it was falling apart on the outside and no sign that said we’re open, pardon the construction. Then we find out the televisions aren’t working in the entire building. We would have never booked if we would’ve known the conditions.

All under construction looks like a tornado went through the building. Nothing happened but didn’t feel safe, vibes were off.

The Hotel is under construction all amenities are close, if would have been great if they give you a noticed once you book a Hotel, but no you find the state of the hotel, no gym, no tv, dusk because of the constructions if I could cancel the stay I would have

No internet, no guest at the hotel. Switched to another hotel.

The hotel was unfortunately in very poor condition, not at all like what the pictures looked like. The sofa in the room had a bunch of stains on it, like it was dusty and hadn't been vacuumed. The shower had black mold in it, and the shower curtain was torn.

Worst experience we ever had, hotel was under a major construction which is not stated when booked! Ceiling falling above the bathtub and black mold everywhere! Refused to refund us even though we didn’t stay! We have 3 small children there was no way we would stay ! Even if it was free! No help from Expedia or mariott! Never again!

The location was unsafe unsanitary and uninhabitable I mystery fluids on carpet and sofa bed no tv service gym out of too I requested a refund I hope it is honored false advertising and poor business 35 year Marriott customer I have be rd see. Thus

The property is under construction, food is limited, beds are dirty and smelling mold. This property should not be open until the construction is done and fully open. It feels unsafe.
