"Bad"

Nothing at all... We arrived late and had little time to inspect the room until the next morning and the room was Horrible

There was no mention of the facility being renovated. The room and specially the bathroom was filthy, shower curtain was tore, bathtub was filthy with mold in multiple places, the water did not drain properly, couch was terribly stained room had a bad odor

"Unable to hold a reservation"

BEWARE! They do not know how to hold a reservation. I had a reservation because I was traveling from out of state with my kids (both under 10) and arrived early in the morning. (The reservation started on the day before I arrived.) They looked for my reservation and found it. Then, they asked me for my credit card for incidentals, which I provided. Only then, they proceeded to inform me, at 2:30 in the morning, that there were no rooms available. It took me 2 hours to find alternate accommodations for me and my children at that hour. I asked what were they going to do and they said there was nothing they could do. (Apparently, being part of the Marriott line offers no benefit at all.) It seems that for this place, a reservation is kind of a waiting list. If there is a room, they will rent it, but they will not hold it for you. Reservations mean nothing else to them.

"Good value, big refrigerator, sink and microwave."

Front desk staff, very friendly and helpful.

Odd " rounding up" of $80 and $500 hold applied the day I checked out. Not how hotel stays typically charge. Waiting to see if it gets refunded.

Your app allowed me to book a hotel that did not have electricity and was not accepting check-ins. How is that legal? You refuse to give me a refund for a booking that should have never happened. I booked and paid for a room and when I got to the hotel there was a sign that said no electricity no check-ins. I use your chat app to get zero results.

Booked the reservation, then showed up and said no check-in because they hadn't recovered power in 3 days. Wouldn't provide refund. Abysmal, as is Hotels.com.
