"It’s Ok"

"Springhill sprung it on us."

Website advertised and had a picture of a beautiful pool, that was the main reason I picked this hotel to stay at (to provide entertainment for grandchildren). Upon entry into the lobby, a sign was posted on the counter that the pool was closed permanently. The first 2 of 3 days stay, the room was not cleaned. Received clean towels only 1 of the 3 days stay. Breakfast was ok first day but depreciated in options & quality next two days. Nice looking hotel inside and out.

"Needs Upgrading"

The hotel is okay if you’re staying for a night or two. However, we probably wouldn’t stay here again. Our hotel room smelled like mildew. There were stains on the sofa as well as a few on the floor near the sink. There wasn’t much offered for complimentary breakfast and very few channels available to watch on the TV. A plus is the parking, but overall, the hotel needs some upgrading.

"Great place for a short stay."

Location, location, location. Near gas station and with easy access to the highway but also in a quiet zone. The room offered a functional kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Both bed and couch were comfortable.

The sink in the room was clogged and the elevator had a terrible odor. In addition to lackluster breakfast. And was also surprised to see the indoor pool was closed permanently. The website did not disclose that information.

"Bad experience "
