Hallway smelled terrible! Fire alarms went off our first day forever.

Great staff and comfortable room

our AC broke down and we needed a place to stay near by. Sonesta was budget friendly and near by. I was surprised on how comfortable the bed and how well I slept.

Clean, but very dated. Staff was nice.

The room was large and comfortable.

The room was very clean. It was comfortable and had the coffee maker which was a relief. I only really had interaction with one member of staff and she was friendly, welcoming and professional at the same time.

The plugs in the bath and the bathroom sink did not work. So both were left out, which did not seem to be very hygienic.

I have stayed here twice, and both times were wonderful as far as the staff and the room. Quite area and close to shopping and places to eat.

They were doing some remodeling, so there was the occasional smell of paint in the stairway. The elevator was a little scary. They might want to have that checked out.
